Terms of Service

These terms apply to coocoohair.com and to the Genius Weft price reference tool it provides. By using the site or the tool, you accept them. If you use the site for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

1. What this service provides

The site publishes a market reference price for Genius Weft, in 100-gram packs, for the conditions we support: hair quality, hair color, hair length, hair ratio and hair weight. A displayed estimate equals the reference price matched in our database for the conditions you selected, plus a fixed US$10 processing fee. The same fee applies to every combination we publish.

The result is a reference estimate. It is not a quotation from a supplier, an offer to sell, a reservation of stock, or a commitment that any supplier will trade at that price. Only the supplier's own current quotation can do that.

2. How the estimates are produced

Our team collects prices from China's human hair market during a calendar month and compiles them into a market reference for that month. The published figure for a combination is the average of the collected daily prices for those conditions during the previous month. The tool then adds the fixed processing fee described above.

The estimate is therefore a monthly market reference, not a live price, not a real-time rate, and not an official index. Each result shows the month of the data it came from, so you can tell how current it is. If we have not published a new month yet, the previous published month continues to be shown and labelled as such.

When a combination has no published reference price, the tool says so. We do not substitute the price of a similar combination, and we do not estimate a missing figure.

3. Accuracy and the 5–10% difference

Raw hair prices move quickly. The current price offered by a supplier may differ from our reference estimate by approximately 5–10%, and can differ more for unusual specifications, small order volumes, or a different delivery term. Before you place an order, confirm the current price, the specification, the quality and the trading terms directly with your supplier.

You are responsible for the purchasing decisions you take. The estimate is intended to help you compare quotations and negotiate; it is not a substitute for your own checks or for the supplier's written quotation.

4. Guest searches and accounts

A new guest visitor may run three accepted queries. The count is kept on our server against a session identifier; the number shown in your browser is display only and is not the authority. A query is counted when the five conditions are valid and the matching step actually runs, even if no price exists for that combination. Rejected or blocked requests are not counted.

After the guest allowance, you can create an account and verify your email address to continue using the tool free of charge. Accounts do not require payment details. Unverified accounts do not receive registered-user access. Registered access is intended for normal manual use and remains subject to rate limits and abuse protection.

Keep your sign-in details confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access the service through automated scripts, bots, crawlers or bulk requests, or in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
• systematically query combinations in order to rebuild, copy, mirror or publish the underlying price table, in whole or in part;
• attempt to reach data, endpoints or administrative functions you are not authorised to use;
• share or resell access to the tool as a data feed or price API;
• interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the service.

We apply rate limits and abuse protection, and we may throttle, challenge or temporarily block requests that look automated. We may suspend or close an account used this way. We do not claim that any protection is absolute; we do enforce these rules where we detect them.

6. Negotiation and sourcing assistance

Supplier negotiation and supplier sourcing are separate services. They are not included in the price tool, and using the tool does not create an instruction to act on your behalf. For these services we agree the scope and a commission with you in advance, and we act only within that agreed scope and only with your authorisation. A separate agreement or written confirmation may apply to them.

We do not guarantee a particular outcome, a particular supplier, or a particular price from any negotiation or sourcing engagement.

7. Other markets

The tool covers the China market only. We do not publish reference prices for hair sourced from India, Myanmar or other markets. Inquiries about those markets are handled individually through WhatsApp or email, on terms agreed in the conversation.

8. Price data and intellectual property

The compiled price references, the site content, the layout and the software behind the tool belong to CooCoo Hair or are used with permission. You may use individual results for your own purchasing and internal comparison. You may not republish, redistribute, resell or create a competing dataset from the results, and you may not scrape or reconstruct the database.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the tool available, but we may change, suspend or withdraw part of it, for example for maintenance, a data update, or a change in the underlying market data. We may also change these terms; the effective date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Warranties and liability

The service and the estimates are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the estimates match any particular supplier's price, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that the data is free from error.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business opportunity, or losses arising from a purchasing decision taken on the basis of an estimate, except where the loss results from our fraud, wilful misconduct, or negligence causing death or personal injury. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your own jurisdiction. Where a provision of these terms conflicts with such a right, that right applies and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
